Payment Methods Policy

The following payment methods, which are offered at JoyGown checkout, are allowed:
  1. PayPal
  2. PayPal Credit
  3. Credit card or debit card provided via PayPal
  4. Credit or Debit card
  5. Bank-to-bank transfers
  6. Payment upon collection (i.e. Cash on Delivery)
  7. Online payment services such as Payoneer, Stripe
A specific payment method may be required in some categories. This will be mentioned during the listing process.
 
Sellers are obligated to give clear and accurate terms and conditions, as well as to satisfy the expectations set out in their listings. These should include the following:
  1. Services, expenses, and handling time for postage. It is recommended that you pick a postal provider that provides safe and quick delivery, even if it is free.
  2. The types of payments that are allowed and that can be selected during the JoyGown checkout process
  3. A returns policy:
    1. Clearly stated criteria under which a return will be accepted
    2. Clearly stated time period in which the buyer must notify the seller about a return
    3. Who will pay return postage
    4. How refunds will be issued
Activity that doesn’t follow JoyGown policy could result in a range of actions including for example: fines, administratively ending or cancelling listings, hiding or demoting all listings from search results, lowering seller rating, buying or selling restrictions, and account suspension. All fees paid or payable in relation to listings or accounts on which we take any action will not be refunded or otherwise credited to your account.
